Sephira (Malkuth): All Specific Earth deals with sense perception in physical manifestation, and correspond to the tenth sephira, Malkuth or “Kingdom.” Malkuth is associated with the elementals. The elements, which intermingle to create the stability of matter, are not the physical fire, water, air, and earth we perceive, but the forces that drive them. Malkuth represents the final, fixed manifestation of forces, where all potential is fully determined in material form. 

World (Yetzirah): All Swords correspond to the third of four worlds, Yetzirah (“The World of Formation”), which is also called the formative world. The element associated with the World of Yetzirah is air.
